What we collect. When you register we collect your name, email, phone number, company details, industry, and the event-specific information you provide (availability, location during the event, what you offer and seek).

What is public.Your name, company, industry, and "what you offer" appear in the public event directory. Your "looking for" text, availability, and location during the event are visible only to signed-in registered attendees.

What is never public. Your email address and phone number are never displayed in the directory. They are shared only with an attendee when a meeting between the two of you is confirmed, and with our service providers (email delivery, hosting) as needed to operate the platform.

Emails. We send transactional emails (registration confirmation, relevant new registrants, meeting requests and confirmations). You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Your choices. You can hide your listing from the directory, update your details, or cancel your registration from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us at hello@trevbiz.com.
